In Pixar’s Cars 3, who voices Lightning McQueen’s rival Jackson Storm?

In Pixar’s Cars 3, Armie Hammer voices Lightning McQueen’s rival Jackson Storm.

Jackson Storm is a next-generation race car whose advanced technology and aggressive confidence represent the changing world of professional racing. His arrival helps establish the central conflict: Lightning McQueen must decide whether he can remain competitive against younger, highly engineered racers.

Armie Hammer provides Storm’s speaking voice in the English-language version. The character’s sleek design, dark paint scheme, and modern aerodynamic shape contrast with McQueen’s older racing identity and familiar appearance.

Jackson Storm is not the same character as Chick Hicks, McQueen’s principal rival in the first Cars film. Storm belongs to a new generation of racers in Cars 3, while Chick is an established competitor from the earlier story.
