In Pixar's Cars 3, who voices Cruz Ramirez in the English-language film?

Cristela Alonzo voices Cruz Ramirez in the English-language version of Pixar's Cars 3.

Cruz begins the film as a highly trained racing trainer at the Rust-eze Racing Center. She helps Lightning McQueen prepare for the modern racing environment, but her own abilities and ambitions become increasingly important as the story develops. The character's arc connects the film's themes of mentorship, confidence, and making room for a new generation.

Alonzo is an American comedian, actress, writer, and producer. Her performance gives Cruz an energetic, humorous voice while also supporting the character's more emotional scenes. Cruz is voiced by different performers in other language versions, so Cristela Alonzo is specifically the answer for the original English-language release.

Cruz Ramirez should not be confused with Sally Carrera, McQueen's friend and the town attorney in the first film, or with Holley Shiftwell, the British intelligence agent in Cars 2. Cars 3 was directed by Brian Fee and released in 2017.
