In Pixar's Cars 3, which trainer helps Cruz Ramirez prepare for the Florida 500?

In Pixar's Cars 3, Lightning McQueen helps Cruz Ramirez prepare for the Florida 500.

After a crash threatens his career, Lightning begins training with Cruz at the Rust-eze Racing Center. Cruz is assigned as his trainer, but their relationship changes when Lightning recognizes her speed, racing instincts, and unrealized ambition.

Lightning later takes Cruz to places connected with Doc Hudson's past, including Thomasville, where veteran racers help him understand how Doc adapted after leaving professional racing. The film ultimately makes Cruz an important part of the next generation of competition. This question concerns the trainer's identity, not the winner of the Florida 500: Cruz Ramirez becomes Lightning's student and teammate, while the race's ending marks a major change in both characters' careers.
