Natalie Certain is voiced by Kerry Washington in Pixar's Cars 3.

Natalie Certain is a statistical analyst who appears during the film's coverage of the racing world. She evaluates Lightning McQueen's chances against Jackson Storm and presents data-driven judgments about the veteran racer's declining competitiveness.

Kerry Washington provides Certain's voice. The character represents the way modern sports increasingly use statistics, performance data, and predictive analysis to assess athletes and teams.

Natalie Certain is not Cruz Ramirez, Lightning's trainer, and she is not Louise Nash, the veteran racer who helps Lightning understand racing history. Her role is connected to analysis and commentary rather than direct coaching or competition.
