In Pixar's Cars 3, Lightning McQueen's main rival Jackson Storm races with the number 20.
Jackson Storm is a next-generation racer whose advanced design, training, and performance quickly make him a dominant competitor. His success helps trigger the film's central conflict: established racers such as Lightning are being overtaken by newer cars built around modern technology and data-driven preparation.
Lightning McQueen carries number 95, a reference to the year Toy Story was released and Pixar became widely known for feature animation. Jackson's number 20 is separate from Lightning's iconic number and from the numbers used by other Piston Cup racers.
Storm is voiced in English by Armie Hammer. His black-and-blue appearance and aerodynamic body contrast visually with Lightning's red design and older racing style.
