In Pixar's Cars 3, what is the name of the training center where McQueen prepares for the new racers?

The story behind the answer

In Pixar's Cars 3, McQueen prepares at the Rust-eze Racing Center.

Rust-eze builds the facility after McQueen's early losses to the new generation of racers. The center uses simulators, treadmills, wind-tunnel-style testing, and other advanced equipment to help him regain competitive speed.

Cruz Ramirez works there as a trainer. Although she initially approaches McQueen through standardized coaching methods, her own racing ability becomes increasingly important as the story develops.

The center is different from Radiator Springs, where McQueen received personal guidance from Doc Hudson in the first film. It is also different from the Piston Cup, which is a championship rather than a physical training location.
