In Pixar's Cars 3, Lightning McQueen's new racing trainer is Cruz Ramirez.

Cruz is a highly trained yellow sports car who works at the Rust-eze Racing Center. She initially serves as Lightning's simulator and fitness trainer while the team develops a plan to help him compete with the younger, faster racer Jackson Storm.
