In Pixar's Cars 2, who voices the spy chief Finn McMissile?

In Pixar's Cars 2, Michael Caine voices the spy chief Finn McMissile.

Caine supplies the voice for Finn, the polished British agent who investigates a conspiracy connected to the World Grand Prix. His performance gives the character the calm, precise delivery associated with classic espionage heroes. Finn's visual design and dialogue intentionally evoke the tradition of British spy cinema without making him a direct version of a specific human agent.

Cars 2 features a large international voice cast. Owen Wilson returns as Lightning McQueen, Larry the Cable Guy returns as Mater, and Emily Mortimer voices Holley Shiftwell. Michael Caine's casting is especially prominent because Finn is one of the film's principal viewpoint characters outside the Radiator Springs group.

The actor is sometimes confused with Eddie Izzard, who voices Sir Miles Axlerod, or John Turturro, who voices Francesco Bernoulli. Those performers play major characters, but neither voices Finn McMissile.
