In Pixar's Cars 2, who is the British secret agent partnered with Mater?

Finn McMissile is the British secret agent partnered with Mater in Pixar's Cars 2.

Finn recruits Mater after mistaking him for an American undercover agent. The misunderstanding pulls Mater into an international espionage adventure involving the World Grand Prix, a conspiracy, and a dangerous plot against the competitors. Finn is voiced by Michael Caine.

Finn's design draws on classic British spy-car imagery, including features associated with vehicles such as the Aston Martin DB5. He carries gadgets, uses disguises, and approaches missions with professional confidence, creating a contrast with Mater's informal and chaotic style.

Holley Shiftwell is another spy and eventually works closely with Finn and Mater, but she is not the British agent who first brings Mater into the operation. Professor Z and Miles Axlerod are connected to the opposing side of the plot.
