In Pixar's Cars 2, which British spy car is assigned to work with Mater?

In Pixar's Cars 2, the British spy car assigned to work with Mater is Finn McMissile.

Finn McMissile is an Aston Martin-inspired secret agent who investigates a conspiracy surrounding the World Grand Prix. He initially mistakes Mater for an American agent because Mater happens to overhear a confidential conversation at the Tokyo race. Their accidental partnership becomes the film's central spy-comedy relationship.

Finn is equipped with spy-film technology, including hidden weapons, disguise equipment, and other gadgets. His calm, highly trained manner contrasts with Mater's improvised behavior and country-bumpkin personality. The contrast drives much of the film's humor while allowing Mater to become involved in the international mission.
