In Pixar's Cars 2, which British spy car becomes Lightning McQueen's ally?

In Pixar's Cars 2, Finn McMissile is the British spy car who becomes Lightning McQueen's ally.

Finn is an Aston Martin-inspired secret agent working for British intelligence. He investigates a plot connected to the World Grand Prix and initially mistakes Mater for an undercover operative. Mater's accidental involvement eventually helps expose the conspiracy.

Finn is voiced by Michael Caine in the English-language version. Holley Shiftwell, another spy character, also works with Finn and develops a relationship with Mater. Miles Axlerod is not Finn's ally: he is the former oil baron and organizer of the World Grand Prix whose plans drive the film's central conflict. Professor Zündapp, usually called Professor Z, is one of the antagonists.
