In Pixar’s Cars 2, which British agent works alongside Finn McMissile?

In Pixar’s Cars 2, Holley Shiftwell is the British agent who works alongside Finn McMissile.

Holley Shiftwell is an intelligence operative stationed in Tokyo who becomes involved in Finn’s investigation. She is highly capable, equipped with spy technology, and tasked with helping uncover the danger surrounding the World Grand Prix.

Holley also becomes important to Mater’s story. Although Mater is mistaken for an American spy, Holley eventually recognizes his value and develops a romantic relationship with him. Her professional skills balance Mater’s improvised approach and help move the investigation forward.

Holley is sometimes confused with Sally Carrera because both are prominent female characters associated with Lightning McQueen and Mater. Sally is McQueen’s partner in Radiator Springs, while Holley is the British intelligence agent introduced in Cars 2.
