In Pixar’s Cars 2, which British agent is voiced by Michael Caine?

In Pixar’s Cars 2, Michael Caine voices the British agent Finn McMissile.

Finn McMissile is an experienced spy who investigates a conspiracy connected with the World Grand Prix. He mistakes Mater for an undercover American agent, drawing the tow truck into an international espionage adventure alongside Holley Shiftwell.

Caine’s performance gives Finn the polished, dryly humorous style associated with classic British spy films. The character’s design combines traits from several British sports and grand-touring cars rather than representing one exact production model.

Cars 2 expands the franchise beyond Radiator Springs and racing. Its story visits Japan, Italy, and Britain, while Mater becomes central to the spy plot. Holley Shiftwell is voiced by Emily Mortimer, and the film’s main antagonist is Miles Axlerod, a former oil baron who presents himself as an environmental leader.
