In Pixar's Cars 2, what is the name of the villainous oil baron behind the spy plot?

Miles Axlerod is the villainous oil baron behind the spy plot in Pixar's Cars 2.

Axlerod presents himself as a former electric-car champion who became an energy magnate. He organizes the World Grand Prix to promote Allinol, a supposedly clean alternative fuel, while secretly arranging a plan that will make the fuel appear dangerous.

The plot uses electromagnetic devices to alter the behavior of cars running on Allinol. Axlerod's objective is to discredit alternative fuel and protect the dominance of petroleum-based energy. His scheme is uncovered through the combined efforts of Mater, Finn McMissile, and Holley Shiftwell.

Professor Zündapp is another antagonist and Axlerod's scientific collaborator, but he is not the oil baron directing the conspiracy. Finn and Holley are spies working against the plot.
