In Pixar's Cars 2, what is the name of the spy who becomes Mater's partner?

In Pixar's Cars 2, Finn McMissile is the spy who becomes Mater's partner.

Finn McMissile is a sophisticated British spy voiced by Michael Caine. He initially mistakes Mater for an American agent during a mission connected to a secret plot surrounding the World Grand Prix. Mater is actually Lightning McQueen's tow-truck friend, but his accidental involvement repeatedly helps the investigation.

Finn's character is modeled visually and stylistically on classic espionage heroes, especially the elegant cars associated with British spy films. He uses gadgets, disguises, and specialized equipment during the story. Holly Shiftwell, voiced by Emily Mortimer, is another British intelligence agent who works alongside him.

Cars 2 shifts the franchise toward an international spy adventure, taking the characters to locations including Tokyo, Porto Corsa, and London. A frequent mix-up is naming the villain, Miles Axlerod, instead of Finn. Axlerod is the former oil baron central to the conspiracy, while McMissile is the undercover ally.
