In Pixar’s Cars 2, what is the name of the spy agency that employs Finn McMissile?

In Pixar’s Cars 2, Finn McMissile works for British intelligence.

Finn is an experienced British spy who investigates a conspiracy connected to the World Grand Prix. He is voiced by Michael Caine in the English version and is designed as a car-based homage to classic secret-agent characters, including those associated with British spy films.

Finn initially mistakes Mater for an American agent because of information connected to his investigation. Mater’s accidental involvement allows him to uncover clues that trained agents miss, while Holley Shiftwell assists the operation as a fellow spy.

British intelligence is the agency affiliation, not a race team or a sponsor. Finn is not a competitor in the World Grand Prix, and his role is distinct from Lightning McQueen’s role as an entrant. Cars 2 combines the racing story with this espionage plot.
