In Pixar's Cars 2, what is the name of the Italian race car competing in the World Grand Prix?

In Pixar's Cars 2, the Italian race car competing in the World Grand Prix is Francesco Bernoulli.

Francesco is a Formula-style open-wheel racer and Lightning McQueen's principal rival in the film. He is presented as a fast, confident champion from Italy, with a dramatic personality that creates a strong contrast with Lightning's more reserved style.

The World Grand Prix is a three-race international competition created by Miles Axlerod. Its races take place in Tokyo, Porto Corsa, and London, giving Cars 2 a wider global setting than the first Cars film. Francesco's rivalry with Lightning runs through these events.

Francesco is voiced by John Turturro in the English version. He is sometimes mixed up with Miguel Camino, the Spanish racer, or Max Schnell, the German racer; both also compete in the World Grand Prix but are different characters.
