Professor Zündapp is the green German spy who targets the World Grand Prix in Pixar's Cars 2.

Professor Zündapp, usually called Professor Z, is one of the film's principal villains. He works with a criminal operation that uses the World Grand Prix and a new alternative fuel to create international chaos. His design resembles a small German car and his name references the former German motorcycle manufacturer Zündapp.

The plot also includes a secret-agent team led by Finn McMissile and Holley Shiftwell. Mater becomes entangled in their mission after being mistaken for an undercover operative. Miles Axlerod, the organizer of the race and promoter of Allinol fuel, is a separate character whose role becomes important to the conspiracy.
