In Pixar's Cars 2, the British spy who works with Holley Shiftwell is Finn McMissile.

Finn McMissile is an experienced intelligence agent who investigates the threat surrounding the World Grand Prix. He is designed as a sophisticated British sports car and uses gadgets, disguises, and surveillance equipment during the mission.

Finn initially believes that Mater may be an undercover operative because Mater accidentally acquires information connected to the conspiracy. Holley Shiftwell is his fellow agent and a newer spy assigned to the operation. Their investigation eventually brings the danger surrounding Allinol to light.

Finn McMissile should not be confused with Sir Miles Axlerod, the public organizer of the World Grand Prix, or Rod Redline, an American agent involved in the opening of the film. Michael Caine supplies Finn's voice in the English version.
