In Pixar's Cars 2, what is the name of the British spy car who works with Mater?

In Pixar's Cars 2, the British spy car who works with Mater is Finn McMissile.

Finn McMissile is an experienced intelligence agent voiced by Michael Caine. He initially mistakes Mater for an American agent and draws him into an investigation involving the World Grand Prix, a secret weapon and a conspiracy targeting the race. Finn's character combines classic British spy-film imagery with the film's anthropomorphic automobile world.

Holley Shiftwell is another British intelligence agent and an important partner in the mission, but she is not the spy car named in the question. Professor Zündapp is an antagonist, while Rod Redline is an American agent whose fate helps launch the story. Finn's name and role are therefore distinct from the other spy-related characters in Cars 2.
