In Pixar's Cars 2, what is the name of Mater's spy handler?

In Pixar's Cars 2, Mater's spy handler is Finn McMissile.

Finn is a sophisticated British intelligence agent who investigates a conspiracy connected to the World Grand Prix and the Allinol fuel program. After an operation goes wrong, he mistakes Mater for the American agent scheduled to meet him.

Mater's ordinary behavior makes him look suspicious to the people around him, but Finn gradually recognizes that the tow truck is not the enemy. Finn works with Holley Shiftwell, another agent, to protect Mater and uncover the plot.

The character is a deliberate homage to classic British spy films. Michael Caine voices Finn in the English version, while Emily Mortimer voices Holley. Finn's gadgets, transforming equipment, and Aston Martin-inspired design distinguish him from the racing characters who dominate the first Cars film.
