In Pixar's Cars 2, what is Finn McMissile's occupation?

Finn McMissile is a British secret agent in Pixar's Cars 2.

Finn McMissile is an Aston Martin-inspired spy who investigates a plot connected with the World Grand Prix. He recruits Mater after mistaking the tow truck's accidental actions for deliberate undercover work. Their partnership drives much of the film's international espionage storyline.

Finn is designed as a tribute to classic British spy cinema. He has gadgets, concealed weapons, and an ability to operate in several countries, making him a vehicle-world counterpart to a traditional secret agent. Michael Caine provides Finn's voice in the English-language version.

Cars 2 moves away from the small-town structure of the first film and follows races and investigations in locations including Tokyo, Porto Corsa, and London. Finn's work exposes the larger conspiracy involving the fuel called Allinol and the criminals behind the attacks on race cars. He should not be confused with Holley Shiftwell, another British intelligence agent who works with him during the mission.
