In Pixar's Cars 2 (2011), what is the name of the secret agent car who recruits Mater?

Finn McMissile is the secret agent car who recruits Mater in Pixar's Cars 2 (2011).

Finn mistakes Mater for an American agent during the opening stages of the World Grand Prix investigation. Mater is actually an ordinary tow truck from Radiator Springs, but his accidental involvement allows him to uncover clues about the conspiracy surrounding Allinol.

Michael Caine voices Finn McMissile. The character is designed as a British spy-car homage, with gadgets, disguises, and an Aston Martin-like appearance. His role helps Cars 2 shift into a spy-adventure structure.

Finn works with Holley Shiftwell, another British intelligence agent voiced by Emily Mortimer. Together they investigate a plot involving Professor Zündapp, Miles Axlerod, and the manipulation of the World Grand Prix.
