In "Parks and Recreation", what song does Mouse Rat perform at Li'l Sebastian's memorial?

In "Parks and Recreation," Mouse Rat performs "5,000 Candles in the Wind" at Li'l Sebastian's memorial. The song appears in "Li'l Sebastian," the third-season finale that originally aired on May 19, 2011. Andy Dwyer performs the tribute with his band Mouse Rat during the celebration of Pawnee's beloved miniature horse.

The title is a deliberate joke about Elton John's "Candle in the Wind," which was famously associated with memorial tributes. Earlier in the episode, Andy tries to write something 5,000 times better than Elton John's song, leading to the exaggerated title and sentimental lyrics.

A common mix-up is confusing the song with the memorial itself or with other music played during the service, including "Wild Horses" by the Rolling Stones and "A Horse with No Name" by America. "Bye Bye Li'l Sebastian" is also a plausible-sounding distractor, but it is not the Mouse Rat song.
