Necrodeus is the main antagonist of Kirby Mass Attack, a 2011 platform game developed by HAL Laboratory for the Nintendo DS. He appears during Kirby’s exploration of the Popopo Islands and launches a conquest of Planet Popstar. The Skull Gang is the villainous group associated with his campaign, making it the correct answer rather than the Beast Pack, Meta-Knights, or Squeaks.

Necrodeus attacks Kirby with a magical staff and splits him into ten weaker copies. The player then commands the group with the DS stylus, directing multiple Kirbys toward enemies, obstacles, fruit, and goals. This group-management design is the game’s defining idea: collecting fruit allows the player to build the team back up to ten Kirbys.
