In How to Train Your Dragon 2, the dragon-riding game played by the Vikings is called Dragon Racing.
The sport appears during the opening part of the film, five years after the events of the first movie. Riders compete through the air while trying to carry and score with a sheep, turning dragon flight into a fast-moving team game.
Dragon Racing shows how dramatically Berk has changed. In the first film, dragons are treated as enemies; by the sequel, they are companions, transportation, and participants in community life. The game also introduces the audience to the older versions of Hiccup and his friends.
