In Get Schwifty, what is Ice-T's restored true form called?
Answer
Water-T
Answer
Water-T
In “Get Schwifty,” Ice-T’s restored true form is called Water-T. The reveal occurs in the episode’s post-credits scene, when Ice-T returns to Alphabetrium after helping save Earth from the Cromulons. His father lifts his exile and restores him from his frozen, human-like Ice-T form into a large capital T made of water.
The episode, season 2’s fifth installment, originally aired on August 23, 2015. A giant Cromulon head forces Earth into a deadly musical competition, and Rick and Morty must create a song to prevent the planet’s destruction. Ice-T initially seems to be a celebrity parody, but the story reveals that he is actually an alien from Alphabetrium who had been banished for apathy.
Water-T is easy to confuse with the real rapper Ice-T or with the elemental names suggested by the wrong options. The later season 7 episode “Rise of the Numbericons: The Movie” revisits the character and expands Alphabetrium’s alphabet-and-element mythology, but Water-T is the form established at the end of “Get Schwifty.”
