In Disney’s Frozen II, which actor voices Ryder, the Northuldra reindeer herder?

Jason Ritter voices Ryder in Disney’s Frozen II.

Ryder is a young member of the Northuldra who lives in the Enchanted Forest. He is associated with reindeer herding and becomes part of the group that helps Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Olaf, and Sven understand the forest’s people and spirits.

Ritter’s role is a supporting part in the sequel, which is why his casting is easier to overlook than the voices of the central characters. Ryder is paired narratively with Honeymaren, another Northuldra character, while Kristoff’s long-running relationship with Sven and Anna remains part of the main story.

The character’s name can also cause confusion because Frozen II contains several new Northuldra characters and many returning voices. Jonathan Groff voices Kristoff, Sterling K. Brown voices Lieutenant Mattias, and Alan Tudyk voices several characters in the Frozen films, but none of them voices Ryder.
