In Cars 2, which country is the fictional spy Finn McMissile from?

In Cars 2, the fictional spy Finn McMissile is from the United Kingdom.

Finn McMissile is a British secret agent who recruits Mater during an international investigation. His design combines features associated with classic British sports and espionage cars, including a sophisticated spy identity and an array of concealed gadgets.

Cars 2 moves the franchise beyond Radiator Springs and follows the World Grand Prix, a global race held in locations including Tokyo, Porto Corsa, and London. Finn initially mistakes Mater for an undercover American agent after Mater accidentally becomes involved in the mission.

The film's international setting distinguishes it from the largely American road-trip atmosphere of the first Cars. Michael Caine supplies Finn McMissile's voice in the English-language version.
