In Assassin's Creed Valhalla, what is the name of the Viking raider who leads the main campaign?

The story behind the answer

Eivor is the Viking raider who leads the main campaign of Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

Eivor is a Norse Viking who leaves Norway with a Raven Clan settlement and travels to England during the ninth century. The campaign follows Eivor's efforts to establish a new home, build alliances with English kingdoms, and confront rival forces in a politically divided land.

Players can choose Eivor's masculine or feminine appearance, but the character's name remains Eivor. This customization sometimes causes confusion because the game presents the protagonist in more than one visual form while retaining the same narrative identity.

Basim is an important Hidden One who becomes closely connected to Eivor's story, but he is not the main campaign protagonist. Sigurd is Eivor's adoptive brother and a central story figure. Ragnar Lothbrok belongs to Viking history and legend and is not the playable hero of Valhalla.
