The playable hero’s ship in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is called the Adrestia.
The Adrestia is a trireme used to travel across the Aegean Sea during the Peloponnesian War. Players command the vessel, recruit a crew, upgrade its weapons and defenses, and engage enemy ships in naval combat. The ship is central to exploration and to reaching many islands in the game world.
The Jackdaw is Edward Kenway’s ship in Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. The Aquila belongs to Connor in Assassin’s Creed III, while the Morrigan is associated with Shay Cormac in Assassin’s Creed Rogue. All three are ships from the same franchise, but none is Odyssey’s vessel.
Odyssey is set in ancient Greece in the 5th century BCE. Its story offers a choice between Alexios and Kassandra as the playable character, but the ship’s name remains Adrestia regardless of that selection.
