Pokémon Pokopia includes 300 Pokémon selected from Generations I through IX.
The roster draws from across the first nine Pokémon generations instead of limiting the game to one regional Pokédex. These Pokémon populate habitats, interact with one another, and help the player rebuild the game’s damaged world.
Pokémon Pokopia uses species as part of its environmental design. Players create suitable habitats and complete construction or landscaping tasks, encouraging different Pokémon to appear. The creatures are therefore more than a conventional battle roster: they are residents, helpers, and neighbors in the developing settlement.
The number 300 is not the total number of Pokémon species that existed across Generations I through IX. It is the curated selection included in Pokopia. That distinction matters because the full Pokémon franchise roster is much larger, while Pokopia focuses on a manageable group suited to its building and life-simulation systems.
