Twenty-three bagel sets had been recorded through the semifinals of the 2026 US Open.
In tennis, a bagel is a set won 6–0. The tournament recorded 23 such sets by the end of the semifinals, showing how often one player completely shut out an opponent in a set.
The men’s side accounted for 15 bagel sets, while the women’s side accounted for eight. None were recorded after the third round, so the total was established before the singles finals were played.
A bagel set is different from a match score of 6–0, 6–0 or 6–0, 6–0, 6–0. The statistic counts sets, not matches, and a single match can contain more than one bagel set.
