From 2022, what deciding-set tiebreak format does the French Open use at 6-all?

From 2022, the French Open uses a 10-point tiebreak in the deciding set at 6-all.

Before 2022, French Open singles matches could continue beyond 6-6 in the final set, with a player needing to win by two games. That could produce exceptionally long finishes, unlike tournaments that already used a deciding-set tiebreak.

In March 2022, the four Grand Slam tournaments agreed on a unified final-set procedure. When the deciding set reaches 6-6, the players contest a match tiebreak played to 10 points, normally requiring a two-point margin. The French Open introduced the format at its 2022 edition.

This is not the same as a match tiebreak to 5, which is used in some doubles formats, nor the traditional 7-point tiebreak. The rule applies after six games all in the deciding set; it does not replace ordinary tiebreaks used to decide earlier sets at 6-6.
