At which 2026 festival did Madonna join Sabrina Carpenter as a surprise guest?

Madonna joined Sabrina Carpenter as a surprise guest at Coachella 2026. The appearance took place during Carpenter’s second-weekend headlining set at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California.

The cameo connected two generations of pop performance. Carpenter introduced Madonna during a section built around “Juno,” and the pair performed Madonna’s “Vogue” before debuting their *Confessions II* collaboration “Bring Your Love.” Madonna also performed “Like a Prayer” during the appearance.

The moment carried extra historical resonance because Madonna had first performed at Coachella in 2006, around the release of *Confessions on a Dance Floor*. That earlier festival appearance was staged in the Sahara Tent, so the 2026 reunion was widely framed as a 20-year callback. The festival is sometimes confused with a tour date or a standalone Madonna concert, but she appeared as Carpenter’s guest.
