Apple is headquartered in which U.S. city?

Apple is headquartered in Cupertino, California.

Apple moved its corporate headquarters to Cupertino in the 1970s, and the city has remained closely associated with the company ever since. Its famous former headquarters, One Infinite Loop, was replaced as the main campus by Apple Park, which opened in 2017.

Cupertino lies in Silicon Valley, the technology region south of San Francisco. The area also contains major offices and research facilities for many other influential technology companies, making it a major center of the global software and semiconductor industries.

A common mix-up is answering “Silicon Valley,” which identifies the broader region rather than the specific city. Apple’s headquarters address is in Cupertino, while the company operates stores, offices, and facilities worldwide.
