Who won bronze behind Phelps in the 2012 Olympic 200 m medley?

László Cseh won bronze behind Michael Phelps in the 2012 Olympic men's 200 metre individual medley. Cseh finished in 1:56.22 at the London Aquatics Centre, placing behind Phelps and fellow American Ryan Lochte.
