Who was inducted into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame in 2006? Pam Bileck was inducted in 2006.

Her full name is Pamela Jean Bileck-Flat, but she competed and is widely identified in Olympic and gymnastics records as Pam Bileck. She was part of the United States women's team at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, where the Americans won the team silver medal.

Bileck also represented the United States at the 1983 and 1985 World Championships. Her elite career included national-team service from 1981 through 1985, and she competed on balance beam, floor exercise, vault, and uneven bars. After retiring from competition, she became involved in judging and gymnastics administration.

The surname can cause confusion because USA Gymnastics lists the Hall of Fame inductee under her married name, Pamela Bileck-Flat. “Pam Bileck” remains a correct and commonly used short form for the same athlete, not a different gymnast.
