Who voices Jackson Storm in Pixar's Cars 3?

Armie Hammer voices Jackson Storm in Pixar's Cars 3. Storm is a technologically advanced next-generation racer who becomes Lightning McQueen's principal on-track competitor.

Jackson Storm represents a new era in professional racing. His sleek design, simulator-based training, advanced analytics, and consistently fast lap times make him a sharp contrast to McQueen, whose career began before this generation of racers arrived.

Hammer's voice performance gives Storm a confident and dismissive personality. The character's arrogance helps drive the film's conflict after McQueen suffers a serious crash while trying to compete with younger racers.

Cars 3 does not present Storm as a traditional villain with a larger criminal scheme. Instead, he functions mainly as a sporting rival and as a symbol of how quickly technology and training are changing the racing world.
