Who played Dr. Lisa Cuddy, Princeton-Plainsboro’s administrator, in House M.D.?

Lisa Edelstein played Dr. Lisa Cuddy, the administrator of Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital in House M.D. Cuddy is one of the few people with enough authority to manage House directly.

Cuddy is a physician and hospital leader who protects the institution while often making exceptions for House’s unconventional methods. Her professional relationship with him develops into a more personal storyline, creating an ongoing conflict between medical results, hospital policy, and personal loyalty.
