Answer
Anne Dudek
Answer
Anne Dudek
Anne Dudek played Amber Volakis, nicknamed “Cutthroat Bitch,” in House M.D.
Amber is introduced during the competition to join House’s new diagnostic team in the fourth season. She is ambitious, competitive, and willing to use aggressive tactics to remain in contention, which leads House’s fellows to give her the nickname “Cutthroat Bitch.”
Although House dismisses her from the final team, Amber remains important to the story through her relationship with James Wilson. Her fate becomes the focus of the two-part fourth-season finale, “House’s Head” and “Wilson’s Heart,” after a bus accident leaves House trying to reconstruct what happened.
Anne Dudek’s character is sometimes confused with Thirteen, another female doctor who joined the team during the same period. Thirteen was played by Olivia Wilde, while Amber Volakis was played by Dudek. Amber’s recurring storyline ended during the fifth season.
