Louise Goffin performs the Gilmore Girls theme song with Carole King.

The theme is a reworked version of “Where You Lead,” a song written by Carole King and Toni Stern and first associated with King's 1971 album Tapestry. For Gilmore Girls, King recorded a new version with her daughter, Louise Goffin.
