Who is the player character in Star Wars: Lethal Alliance?

The player character in Star Wars: Lethal Alliance is Rianna Saren. Rianna is a Twi'lek mercenary who works against the Galactic Empire, with her droid companion Zeeo supporting her during exploration, combat, and puzzle-solving.

The game is set between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope. After escaping enslavement by Zarien Kheev, Rianna is hired by Kyle Katarn to disrupt an Imperial shipment of mirkanite on Coruscant. Her mission expands into a wider investigation involving Imperial experiments, Black Sun, Mustafar, Tatooine, and the construction of the Death Star. Princess Leia later sends Rianna and Zeeo on missions connected to that threat.

Players primarily control Rianna in third-person action gameplay. She uses acrobatics, weapons, stealth techniques, and combination attacks that rely on Zeeo’s abilities. The PSP and Nintendo DS versions share the same broad story but differ in controls and features: the PSP emphasizes buttons and stealth, while the DS makes heavier use of its touch screen. The common mistake is identifying Zeeo as the protagonist; Zeeo is Rianna’s companion, not the player character.
