Who is the Greek goddess of youth and cupbearer to the gods?

The story behind the answer

Who is the Greek goddess of youth and cupbearer to the gods? Hebe is the Greek goddess of youth and the cupbearer of the Olympian gods.

Hebe was the daughter of Zeus and Hera and represented youth, vitality, and the prime of life. At Mount Olympus, she served the gods nectar and ambrosia, the divine drinks associated with immortality and eternal vigor.

Her cupbearer role is sometimes confused with that of Ganymede, the beautiful Trojan prince whom Zeus carried to Olympus. Ancient traditions could assign the service to either figure, while later accounts commonly describe Ganymede as Hebe’s successor after her marriage.

Hebe eventually became the wife of Heracles after his apotheosis. The couple were said to have two sons, Alexiares and Anicetus. Her Roman counterpart was Juventas, another personification of youthful strength.
