Drew Barrymore is the godmother of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love’s daughter, Frances Bean Cobain.

Frances was born on August 18, 1992, in Los Angeles, during the brief marriage of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and Hole singer Courtney Love. Barrymore was part of the couple’s wider celebrity circle and was selected as Frances’s godmother.
