Who had the second pick in the 2018 NFL Draft?

The New York Giants had the second pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. They used it to select Penn State running back Saquon Barkley, making him the first running back chosen in that draft.

The Cleveland Browns held the first overall pick and selected quarterback Baker Mayfield. After Cleveland’s choice, the Giants were on the clock at No. 2.
