Which television special features Scooby-Doo as a reluctant werewolf?

Scooby-Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf features Scooby-Doo as a reluctant werewolf.

The animated television film was produced by Hanna-Barbera and released in 1988. Its story places Scooby in a monster-themed racing competition organized by Count Dracula. Dracula transforms Scooby into a werewolf so that he can compete, but Scooby does not want to participate in the frightening contest and tries to escape.

The film is part of a group of late-1980s Scooby-Doo productions that used the characters in unusual supernatural settings. It also features Shaggy as a racing driver and includes several classic movie-monster figures. The title is sometimes mixed up with Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School or Scooby-Doo Meets the Boo Brothers, which are separate television films from the same period.
