Which religious tradition most commonly includes a quinceañera thanksgiving Mass?

The story behind the answer

Roman Catholicism most commonly includes a quinceañera thanksgiving Mass.

Many quinceañeras begin with a Catholic service in which the honoree gives thanks for her life and asks for guidance as she enters a new stage. The celebration is especially associated with Latin American Catholic communities and with Hispanic communities in the United States.

The religious service is not identical everywhere. Some families hold a full Mass, while others choose a shorter church blessing, a different Christian service, or a completely secular celebration. Participation in a quinceañera therefore does not by itself prove that every guest or family member is Catholic.

The reception that follows may include food, music, formal clothing, dancing, and family rituals. Those social customs can remain recognizable even when the religious component is omitted.
