Which Raiders fullback made the Pro Bowl in 2013?

The story behind the answer

Marcel Reece was the Oakland Raiders fullback who made the 2013 Pro Bowl. He was selected as the Raiders’ lone representative after the 2013 regular season, earning his second consecutive Pro Bowl honor at fullback.

Reece joined the Raiders in 2008 as an undrafted free agent from the University of Washington. Although listed as a fullback, he became known for an unusually versatile game: he could block, run from the backfield and contribute as a receiver. Injuries to Oakland’s running backs gave him additional rushing opportunities during the 2013 season.

Reece’s Pro Bowl recognition is sometimes confused with his first selection, which came after the 2012 season. He eventually made four Pro Bowls in total, and the Raiders later credited him with 92 games, 67 starts, 844 rushing yards and 2,015 receiving yards. His combination of size and receiving ability made him one of the NFL’s more distinctive fullbacks of his era.
