Which prophet is also known as Israel?

Ya'qub is the prophet also known as Israel. In Islam, Ya'qub ibn Ishaq ibn Ibrahim is recognized as a prophet, and Isra'il is understood as another name or title associated with him.

Ya'qub was the son of Ishaq (Isaac) and grandson of Ibrahim (Abraham). He is especially important in the Quranic story of Yusuf (Joseph), whose loss and eventual return tested Ya'qub's patience and faith. The Quran portrays him as a righteous believer who continued the monotheistic tradition of his forefathers.

Ya'qub is traditionally associated with twelve sons, whose descendants became the Twelve Tribes of Israel. That is why “Israel” can refer both to Ya'qub personally and, in later usage, to the people descended from him. The name should not be confused with Yusuf, Ya'qub's son, or Ishaq, his father. Although biblical and later interpretive traditions include stories such as Jacob wrestling with an angel, those details are not narrated in the Quran itself.
